Lechu Neranena Synagogue is a spiritual hub of Torah and prayer in the city of Raanana. One of the synagogue’s distinguishing facets is its weekly Friday lectures which have been running for the past 18 years, attracting Raanana residents from across the spectrum who learn and love Torah.
Following the tragic death of Danielle Sonnenfeld, Lechu Neranena’s Friday Beit Midrash learning program, which focuses on topics relevant to the period in the year, was dedicated in her memory and as a merit for her soul.
The congregation spans a wondrous mosaic of Judaism—young and old, Torah scholars and academicians, distinguished professionals and common laborers, all of whom converge in the Beit Midrash with the shared goal of learning and living Torah.
On the day of the eleventh month following Danielle’s passing, Lechu Neranena will sponsor a special evening in Danielle’s memory. Speakers include the bereaved father, Mr. Elio Moti Sonnenfeld, and Rabbi Tzvi Ezrachi, Rosh Yeshivah of the Yeshivah-high school in Kfar Saba where Danielle’s brother Yonatan studied.
